What is Cupping in general?
If this is your first coffee cupping then let us share a few words about it. Coffee Cupping is the industry standard for coffee quality evaluations. A great way to learn more about coffee whether you’re a consumer, roaster, trader, or even a coffee farmer.
In each Coffee Cupping, there are samples of different coffees. You may try coffee from the same country of origin but from different farms. Also, the coffees may represent different varieties and/or processing methods. You will have the opportunity to learn about the characteristics of the taste of coffee and explore the sensory characteristics that make each experience unique.
