Are you ready for the next level? Sensory Skills Intermediate (SCA) is ideal for you who have coffee cupping experience and want to develop your sensory skills and knowledge in coffee!
During this course we will explore the physiology of taste and aroma and the types of sensory analysis tests. Also, we'll learn about the operation of a cupping session and the diversity of coffee attributes.

- How to evaluate sensorial qualities in coffee

Last but not least, Sensory Skills Intermediate (SCA) course includes practical and written exams. If you succeed in both, you will receive the SCA Certification of the Specialty Coffee Association.

After completing your reservation and before the course date, you will be asked to pay 50€ Course Enrollment Fee directly to the SCA Portal.
Learners will not be able to take the written exam until the Course Enrollment Fee is paid.
A paid Course Enrollment Fee will be transferable to another course if the learner is unable to attend the original course.
