SCA Barista Skills Foundation
The SCA Barista skills foundation seminar focuses on the key skills required to set a grinder, make espresso and foam, and texture milk for milk beverages. During this course you gain an introductory understanding of the coffee itself and set a foundation from which to build practical skills while implementing health and safety practices and customer service.

Additionally, you learn all about health, safety and hygienic work practices as well as customer experience and cafe management.
In conclusion, the SCA Barista skills foundation level provides a first taste of the barista skills module and is a great way to get insight into this module to help you decide if you want to go on to learn more.
Seminar includes practical and written exams. If you succeed in both, you will receive the SCA Certification of the Specialty Coffee Association.

Book and Attend the course

For cash payments a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
After completing your reservation and before the course date, you need to pay 50€ Course Enrollment Fee directly to the SCA Portal.
You will not be able to take the written exam until the Course Enrollment Fee is paid.
A paid Course Enrollment Fee will be transferable to another course if the learner is unable to attend the original course.
