Coffee Shop Set-Up is a practical course for coffee shop owners, espresso bar managers in a hotel or bakery owners and baristi wishing to learn the basic coffee techniques.
This course includes:
- Hands-on barista training (tamping, distribution & extraction techniques)
- You will experience a full espresso machine and grinder set up and calibration
- We will analyze the coffee menu explaining and crafting recipes, naming and ideal cups per beverage
- Learn bar ergonomics and work flow strategies to optimize customer service and reduce cost
- We will show you how to clean and maintain your equipment
- Explore top customer service tips so you turn your visitors to loyal customers!
Note: You will need to carry a Covid-19 Certificate (Vaccine) or a Covid-19 Certificate (Disease). Otherwise, you need to demonstrate a negative Rapid or PCR Test result up to 48 hours before.
