Terms & conditions

The following constitute the terms and conditions to which applicants agree when booking any Create training or ecourses (Terms and Conditions). Create reserves the right to review and update these periodically

1. Cancellation

Cancellation of a training course
Due to limited number of participants to any of Create’s seminars, training course or any event, we request that you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel via email (info@createathens.gr).
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund or you can transfer your place to the next available date of this course or event.
Cancellations made within 6 days to the event will incur a 100% of the fee.

Transferring your place
If you can no longer attend the training course and you have timely notified Create, that is 7 days or more of the event date, you are entitled to transfer your booking onto the next training course that has availability. The transfer option only applies to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same course and the date must be specified at the time of the transfer. The transfer is free of charge if you notify Create team via email at least 7 days before the course start date. Please note once you have transferred your booking you will not be entitled to a refund and you cannot transfer your place more than once.

Changes and/or Cancellation by Create The Create team reserves the right to alter or cancel a training course up to and including the day of the training course in extreme circumstances. If Create has to cancel a training course, the following will apply:

  • Create will try to reschedule the training course and will inform you of the rescheduled dates and location
  • if Create can’t reschedule the training course we will, where possible, provide an alternative (e.g. virtual classroom training course)
  • if Create is unable to reschedule the training course we will offer you a free transfer to the next available training course
  • if you are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, we will offer you a 100% refund of the fee
  • Any travel costs incurred are entirely the delegate’s responsibility. Create does not accept any liability for reimbursement of travel costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving your request via bank transfer to the original payer.

Non-attendance If you fail to attend the course you are booked onto without giving prior notice to Create, we will be unable to refund the course fees or offer a transfer.

Create will not be held responsible for any reason that a candidate cannot attend the course- examples include bad weather, vehicle break down or any other reason that may stop the candidate from attending the course.

2. Prices

The price payable for the Services shall be the price displayed in the course or event listing of Create website unless otherwise stated. Create reserves the right to increase the price from that advertised on the website or in other forms at our discretion and for any reason prior to the course commencement. Where this affects the price payable by the customer and the customer has made payment of the previous advertised price and does not wish to proceed at the increased price a full refund will be payable.

The price does not include travel, accommodation, meals or other related expenses unless explicitly stated.

All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax, and this will be charged at the appropriate rate.

3. Health and safety

You must comply with all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that apply at the premises at which the training courses are provided.

4. Behaviour

Create reserves the right to remove any delegate from a training course whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Create or its trainers. In these circumstances, Create will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.

5. Secure transactions

All payments made using the card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover) are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
